Comprehensive Intake

Required for all new clients

75 minutes; $325

After your free consultation, this is the first step on our journey together. The intake helps me get to know you better, build a clear clinical picture of your daily life, identify your current challenges, and set meaningful goals for our work together.

Standard Session

Best for new clients

45 minutes; $200

After the intake, most clients will begin with this session. We’ll determine the frequency of our sessions based on your condition, time, and budget.

Efficiency Session

Best for existing clients exhibiting maintained progress

30 minutes; $150

Shorter sessions may be used once clients are exhibiting maintained progress, weekly or bi-weekly, and eventually monthly.

Intensive Therapy

Best for clients with severe OCD

60 minutes; $450

A unique treatment option for those who need more frequent care. Over the course of three weeks, we’ll have a session daily (Monday–Friday). From there, we’ll begin to reduce frequency to once or twice weekly.

Payment, Insurance, and Reimbursement

I take your investment seriously, and I aim to make the payment and reimbursement process as easy as possible by:

  • Considering your available time and budget in your treatment plan

  • Offering a limited number of reduced fee slots; please inquire about availability

  • Sharing info you can provide to your insurance company to understand their reimbursement rates

  • Making payment easy with a credit card via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform

Types of Therapy

Evidence-Based Treatments

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

Used for: OCD, panic disorder, specific phobias, and illness anxiety

ERP works by gradually guiding clients through exposure to the thoughts, situations, or objects that trigger anxiety — while resisting the urge to engage in compulsions or avoidance behaviors that temporarily relieve distress but ultimately keep the anxiety cycle going.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Used for: anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, phobias, and more

CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that examines the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — and uses that understanding to help clients build practical skills that create lasting change.

Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE)

Used for: PTSD and complicated grief

Developed at the University of Pennsylvania, PE is a gold-standard, highly researched treatment that helps clients gradually and safely revisit trauma-related memories and situations, reducing their emotional hold over time.

Habit Reversal Training (HRT)

Used for: Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), including hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (excoriation disorder), nail biting, cheek and lip biting, and teeth grinding

HRT helps clients build awareness of the triggers and patterns behind their BFRBs, then develop targeted strategies to interrupt and replace those behaviors.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills

Used for: emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, distress tolerance, depression, and anxiety

Rather than following a strict DBT protocol, I draw on DBT skills — including mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation — as a practical supplement to core therapeutic work when they're the right fit for a client's needs.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Skills

Used for: anxiety, depression, chronic stress, life transitions, and values-based goal setting

Similar to my use of DBT skills, I incorporate ACT techniques — such as cognitive defusion and values clarification — to complement core treatment approaches and help clients build psychological flexibility.
